1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or engaging AA2Z E-Commerce Solutions for marketplace management, cataloging, advertising, or advisory services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
AA2Z operates as an independent e-commerce operational agency. We provide management services on platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and others. AA2Z is an independent service provider and is not formally endorsed or owned by Amazon, Flipkart, or any marketplace entity.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing authentic product information, genuine trademark documentation, valid tax invoices (GST), and ensuring that listed goods comply with Indian trade laws and marketplace terms of use.
4. Retainer Fees & Payment Terms
Monthly retainer services (Starter, Growth, Scale) are billed in advance as per agreed commercial scope. Retainers cover defined operational labor, optimization, and account coordination. Third-party advertising spend (Amazon/Flipkart ad budgets) is paid directly to the marketplace by the client.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
