1. Third-Party Costs: Marketplace referral commissions, fulfillment fees, shipping carrier postage, packaging supplies, and third-party advertising spend (Amazon/Flipkart PPC budgets) are billed directly by the respective platforms and are not included in AA2Z management retainers.

2. Package Confirmation: Exact SKU quotas, frequency of ad reviews, and specific platform allocations are confirmed during the initial consultation based on your active catalog size and monthly order volume.

Are there any long-term lock-in contracts?

No. Starter and Growth plans operate on a monthly billing cycle. You may pause or discontinue service with 15 days' written notice before the next billing period.

What payment methods are accepted for retainers?

We accept bank NEFT/RTGS transfers, UPI, and corporate debit/credit cards with formal GST tax invoicing.
